At Regent Park, on-site amenities and services provide comfort and convenience to the day-to-day business environment for our tenants. Features include tenant-controlled HVAC with no overtime, 24-hour private entry and ample on-campus parking.


The full-service Regent Street Café in building #5 is open weekdays for breakfast and lunch from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. A selection of hot and cold entrees, salads, sandwiches, pizza, snacks, drinks and “grab and go” items are available daily. Outdoor seating is plentiful in our park-like setting, with landscaped grounds and courtyards. The café also offers catering for corporate events and meetings.

New Conference Center

Ownership recently upgraded the conference facilities which now offers its tenants a choice of 3 different style conference rooms. One large room that can accommodate either a large roundtable meeting or converts to a class room style meeting with large TV screen/monitor. Plus two smaller conference rooms for a more intimate setting. All 3 conference rooms as located adjacent to the cafe, making them convenient to offering food services.

The YMCA Peanut Shell Child Care Center, located on-site in building #7, provides a high-quality, safe and nurturing environment for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Open year-round from 7 a.m. to 6:45 p.m., the center offers open enrollment and extended hours, is state licensed and has been NAEYC accredited since 1996. Regent Park office tenants receive 10% savings on tuition.
